On 6/14/24, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Patrick Ma made an unannounced visit to conduct a Case Management visit to inspect/measure Playground 3 to update School Age license. Upon arrival, LPA met with Co-Director Patricia McCutcheon. LPA inspected and measured playground. Playground 3 (behind Playground 1): 2,5980 square feet Total square footage for Playground 3 is sufficient to accommodate 34 children. Playground has shade provided by tree. No hazards were observed. All equipment available on the playground are age appropriate. Playground play structure manufactured by Little Tikes is age appropriate for School Age children. Measurements for Playgrounds 3 is updated to license. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the facility representative Patricia McCutcheon. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
