Additionally, the same confidential interview disclosed that the staff in question gives children an intimidating stare, says the child\342\200\231s name and then the child does what the staff says. Confidential interviews also disclosed the staff in question did tell the children in one of the classrooms a story about a fire that occurred after hours near the CCC but the children enjoyed the story and were not at all scared or intimidated by the staff or story. Another confidential interview disclosed that the staff in question does have a voice that is firm but not in a threatening manner. Based on confidential interviews, the allegation that staff threatened day care child(ren) while in care, may have occurred, however is not supported or proven by evidence. Therefore, the allegation is unsubstantiated. An exit interview was conducted, a copy of this report, appeal rights and Notice of Site Visit were provided to Director. The director was reminded that the Notice of Site Visit must remain posted for 30 consecutive days.
