LPA observed the paint being utilized to be certified for low chemical emissions and is also certified by Underwriters Laboratories Solutions (UL) as Greenguard Gold. UL is a safety organization that sets industry-wide standards for new products. Greenguard Gold certifies that the product has demonstrated to have low emissions and is healthier for indoor environments. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is no preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated.
