Correction check·July 11, 2025

On 7/11/2025, at 1:46pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Vicky Williamson conducted an unannounced Plan of Correction (POC) inspection to verify that deficiencies cited on 7/2/2025 have been corrected. LPA met with the Assistant Director, Liliana Arredondo, and disclosed the purpose of the inspection. LPA accompanied by Assistant Director toured the facility. There were 65 children present, 45 of whom were observed napping and 10 of whom were school age children with four teachers and one assistant. It is noted that Facility Representative, Celia Carrizosa submitted the plan of correction to the SDRO on 7/3/2025. The facility was cited from Title 22 Regulation 101161(a) Limitations on Capacity. During today\342\200\231s inspection, LPA observed that the conditions and limitations specified on the license, including the capacity of the limitation, are being maintained. LPA and Facility Representative, Celia Carrizosa discussed Title 22 Regulation 101216.2 Teacher Aide Qualifications and Duties. A Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) was given to the Facility Representative, Celia Carrizosa and must remain posted on, or immediately adjacent to, the interior side of the main door for 30 days. LPA observed LIC 9213 was posted. Appeal Rights (LIC 9058) was provided. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. An exit interview was conducted, and the report was reviewed with the Facility Representative, Celia Carrizosa.
