On May 26, 2026, at 2:50 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Vicky Williamson conducted an unannounced Case Management inspection. LPA met with Facility Representative, Celia Carrizosa and disclosed the purpose of the inspection. LPA accompanied by Facility Representative toured the indoor of the facility. There were 65 childre n present with six teacher. Days and hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 6:00PM. At 3:10 PM, during time of inspection, LPA observed 13 children in the 2 year old classroom with one teacher which exceeds the teacher to child ratio of one teacher supervising no more than 12 children in care. Facility Representative immediately transferred one child from the classroom to another classroom. LPA and Facility Representative discussed maintaining teacher to child ratios at all times. Facility Representative was reminded that there is a ratio of one teacher supervising no more than twelve children in care. LPA obtained a copy of the personnel report and a Child Supervision Record (CSR). California Code of Regulations (Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1), deficiencies are being cited on the attached LIC 809D. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Facility Representative Celia Carrizosa.
