On 6/28/24, at 12:30 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Adrian Castellon conducted an unannounced complaint inspection to deliver the complaint investigation findings for the above allegation. LPA met with Director Jessica Dorn and discussed the purpose of today’s inspection. LPA interviewed children on this date. This agency has investigated the above listed allegation. During the investigation, LPA conducted two facility inspections, interviews with facility staff, daycare parents, and children in care. There is insufficient evidence to support and no witnessess to corroborate the above allegation. Based on conflicting information, LPA was unable to determine whether or not, the above allegation occurred. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is Unsubstantiated. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with licensees. A copy of this report, along with Appeal Rights (LIC9058), were provided.
