On 03/25/2025 at 2:55 PM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Julieta Abrego and Michelle Hood, made an unannounced inspection to follow up on a self-reported incident that occurred on 01/16/2025, wherein a 2-year-old was found unsupervised inside the two’s classroom. LPAs met with the acting Director Alma Eseller. LPAs interviewed the acting Director and one staff. LPAs took pictures, obtained a copy of the Face-to-Name Transition sheet for 01/16/2025. LPAs obtained a copy of the children's roster. Further investigation is needed on the incident that occurred on 01/16/2025. An exit interview was conducted, and the report was reviewed with Eseller. The director was provided a copy of the appeal rights (LIC 9058) and their signature on this form acknowledges receipt of these rights. Notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. No deficiencies were cited.
