Based on observation, Licensee had medicine in the refridgerator and kitchen cabinet accessible to children. Licensee also had cleaning compounds under the bathroom sink which poses an immediate hazard to the health and safety of children in care.

In the month of July 2021, licensee was found to be over capacity on 22 separate days with staff caring for 15-20 day care children at one time. This poses an immediate health & safety risk to children in care.
