101416.5(b) Staff-Infant Ratio: (b) There shall be a ratio of one teacher for every four infants in attendance. This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Based on LPA interviews with staff, on 2/23/22 one staff member was supervising six infants alone. At the time of occurrence, four infants were awake and two infants were sleeping. This poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care.
