According to staff the infant will awake as soon as they try to lay infant in the crib.

During the recent earthquake, staff had to remove a couple of car seats out of the way before they safely got out of the building.

This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Based on LPA interviews with staff, on 2/23/22 one staff member was supervising six infants alone. At the time of occurrence, four infants were awake and two infants were sleeping. This poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care.

This poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care.
