What the inspector wrote

On 9/20/22 @ 1:45 p.m., Licensing Program Analyst, Joelle Redding, made an unannounced visit on an unrelated matter. Upon walking by the playground area, white PVC pipe was noted to be sticking up out of the sand in two areas, posing a potential tripping hazard to children in care. See LIC 809D for Type B deficiency.
