What Happened

Annual inspection found critical staff record deficiencies affecting 6-7 staff members including missing immunizations, expired/missing mandated reporter training, missing health screenings and TB tests. Physical plant issues identified with worn napping mats and broken outdoor equipment. Children's records complete and CPR certifications current.
