Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision - (1) No child(ren) shall be left without the supervision of a teacher at any time, except as specified in Sections 101216.2(e)(1) and 101230(c)(1). Supervision shall include visual observation. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on Director and staff interviews the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that Child #1 was left unattended for approximately under one minute without staff supervision which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Based on staff statements, staff did not use the existing 2-step protocol in place to makesure the correct baby bottle was given to the correct infant.
