Parents and children interviewed did not disclose any concerns about facility staff being mean to children or denying access to the facility. There were no concerns or issues raised during interviews. There were no other witnesses to any incidents where staff treated children differently than others. There is insufficient evidence to support and no witnesses to corroborate the above allegation. LPA was unable to determine whether or not the above allegation occurred. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is Unsubstantiated. An exit interview was conducted with Dulce Huerta and a copy of this report left at the facility. LPA observed director placing the Notice of Site Visit on the wall visible to parents during today’s inspection. NOTICE OF SITE VISIT MUST BE POSTED FOR 30 DAYS
