What the inspector wrote

On June 20, 2025 at 12:00 PM Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Gloria Gonzalez conducted an unannounced, Licensee initiated, case management inspection to ensure classroom #4 (orange/yellow) is safe to use for children and met with Director, Claudia Huerta.  LPA disclosed the purpose of the inspection and was granted entry by the Director. There were 75 daycare children and 11 staff members present at the facility during this inspection. On this date LPA inspected classroom #4 and deemed safe to use for daycare children. The classroom did not require a Fire Clearance since the modifications did not involve structural changes. LPA did not see any hazardous items and is safe for daycare children to use. LPA advised this classroom may be used as of today. A copy of the report and appeal rights (LIC 9058) and notice of site visit (LIC9213) was provided to Director and must remain posted for 30 days and advised must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. An exit interview was conducted and report was reviewed with the Director, Claudia Huerta.
