On 11/17/23 at 1:35 PM Licensing Program Analysts (LPA\342\200\231), Gerald Poindexter conducted an unannounced case management visit to follow-up on an incident involving a teacher grabbing a student\342\200\231s arm. LPA met with Director Alexia Morales. LPA conducted a brief tour of the facility. There were 58 children in three groups with 3 teachers and 3 aides present. Appropriate ratios were observed. During the visit LPA conducted staff and child file review. During the visit, LPA conducted staff and child interviews. No deficiencies cited nor civil penalties given. Exit interview conducted with the director Alexia Morales. LPA will continue incident follow up, as needed. Notice of site visit was given, and it must remain posted for 30 days.
