What the inspector wrote

L icensing Program Analysts (LPA) Haydee Caliboso met with Miranda Pan today for a follow up pre-licensing inspection required prior to licensure during the initial Pre-Licensing inspection conducted on 9/16/21. LPA observed the following corrections have been completed: \302\267 The applicant has obtained public park usage from SF Parks and Recreation. \302\267 First Aid Kit is replenished and contains supplies that are available for children and staff usage. First aid supplies are accessible for staff but made inaccessible to children. All expired items have been removed. \302\267 Napping mats and cots are in safe condition with no exposed foam. \302\267 All garbage cans and recycle bins have tight fitting lids. Portable warmers are available and made inaccessible to children. LPA discussed the safe sleep regulations with licensee and discussed the Child Care Licensing Safe Sleep web page at https://www.cdss.ca.gov/inforesources/child-care-licensing/public-information-and-resources/safe-sleep as an additional resource. LPA also informed licensee of the importance of checking for recalled infant devices on the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) website at https://www.cpsc.gov/ and recommended they register all infant devices with the CPSC to be notified of any recalls on their purchased equipment. LPA Caliboso will recommend licensure of this facility for a capacity of 32 children.
