This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Upon facility inspection, Facility Representative was observed supervising 6 preschool children alone. Facilty Representative was unable to produce docuentation to support that she is a fully qualified teacher. This is an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care.

  • PRESCHOOL PROGRAM WITH TODDLER COMPONENT

    The toddler program shall be conducted in areas physically separate from those used by older or younger children. Space planning and usage for the toddler component shall be governed by the provisions of Section 101438.3. Plans to alternate use of outdoor play space must be approved by the Department. This requirment was not met as evidenced by: LPA observed the owner of the facility supervising two todder children under the age of 2 years old with preschool children. All children were observed in the preschool room. This is an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care.
