On March 23, 2022 at 2:01 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Francisco Pedroza conducted an unannounced Case Management \342\200\223 COVID-19 inspection. LPA met with Director Karen Easton and advised her the purpose of the inspection. Director provided LPA a tour of the facility inside and out. There were 13 children in care at the time of the inspection. This inspection is a follow-up on COVID-19 outbreaks reported by Director to CCL between 12/14/21 \342\200\223 1/25/22. CCL provided a Tele - Rapid Assistance Support Team (RAST) inspection on 6/26/2021, where LPA provided COVID-19 resources, current Childcare Industry Guidance, and a COVID-19 self-assessment guide to the facility. LPA discussed facility\342\200\231s written plan for when a staff member or child tests positive for COVID-19 and developing a written communication plan with parents/guardians to share information and guidelines in their preferred language. LPA discussed COVID-19 guidelines in regards with essential protective equipment and supplies, physical distancing, ventilation, isolation for illness, cleaning and disinfection, hand washing, food service, how to respond to exposures or outbreaks, and resilience tips during the pandemic. LPA reviewed that facility maintains a current Covid-19 Child Care Program Self-Assessment Guide/Mitigation plan.
