Based on LPAs observation and interview with licensee the garage is still being use for activities and for cooling off periods. LPA reminded the licensee that on October 5, 2023, inspection the licensee was advised the garage currently does not have a fire clearance for day-care use of the garage and is to remain off limits until the garage is cleared by the fire department, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
