Licensee\342\200\231s Mandated Reporter training certificate expired 9/27/22, Licensee is currently renewing her certificate and agrees to complete this training within one (1) week of today's inspection. Licensee is reminded to renew certifications and training prior to expirations. The Licensee informed LPA no firearms or ammunition are stored on site.
