What the inspector wrote

Due to facility being on winter break, LPA Tapia-Mandujano delivered the findings of the investigation to ECE Dean Tajmah Martin via phone on December 19th, 2023 at approximately 2:30pm. Complaint was received by the Department on 09/22/23. During the course of the investigation, health and safety inspections and staff interviews were conducted. LPA also received pertinent documents.
