What the inspector wrote

On September 15, 2025, the Licensing Program Manager (LPM), Daniel Oquendo, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs), Zeynep Basak and Maria Olguin Leon, met with the applicant, Luz Marulanda de Timote, for an informal office meeting. The applicant\342\200\231s primary language is Spanish, and LPA Olguin Leon assisted with translation during the meeting. The purpose of this office meeting was to discuss the license for which the applicant applied. Details discussed during this meeting included: - The applicant and LPM/LPA discussed the removal of the association from another Family Child Care Facility. - Co-mingling/ transferring children with other Family Child Care Facilities. -The required percentage of time the licensee must be present in the facility. The licensee must be at home for at least 80% of the daily operating hours. Temporary absences must not exceed 20 percent of the hours that the facility provides care per day. -The importance of staying in compliance with Community Care Licensing (CCL) regulations. -CCL regulations and expectations regarding helpers working between two facilities. Reminders Provided to the Applicant Staff and capacity ratio requirements for both a Small and Large Family Child Care Home. The applicant, Luz Marulanda de Timote, acknowledged and confirmed the expectations and guidelines set by Community Care Licensing, as emphasized by the LPM Oquendo, during the meeting. Exit interview conducted, and the report was reviewed with the applicant, Luz Marulanda de Timote
