Correction check·April 30, 2025

On April 30, 2025 at 3:10 PM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs), Gigi Reyes and Matthew Sapien conducted an unannounced Plan of Correction inspection at the above Family Child Care Home (FCCH) and met with Licensee, Dora Alapizco and assistants. LPAs discussed the purpose of the purpose of the inspection. During the Annual/Random inspection on 4/23/2025, FCCH was cited for Staffing Ratio and Capacity under Section 102416.5(d) of CCR Title 22 Division 12. LPA Reyes observed a total of 16 children in the FCCH - 3 infants,5 toddlers and 8 school age children under the care of 3 staff members including licensee. LPAs and licensee toured the home, LPAs observed 14 children, 2 pre schoolers and 12 school age children under the care of 3 staff members. At the time of the inspection 6 children were picked up leaving a total of 8 children in care. During today's inspection, the FCCH is in compliance and no deficiency was cited. Notice of Site Visit was issued and must remain posted for 30 days.
