What the inspector wrote

Also every parent interviewed stated they would recommend this FCCH. Also the department conducted three unannounced inspections. During the aforementioned inspections LPAs did not observe or document any uncleared adults residing or providing services to children in care. LPA reviewed CPMB(Guardian) roster pertaining to FCCH. During licensee interview LPA asked the licensed provider if there have been other adults, who reside or resided and or provided services to children licensee stated. Licensee stated/confirmed the only adults who reside in the home or provide services to children are the adults listed in the guardian roster. Regarding allegation#2 Licensee smokes in the presence of children in care. LPA completed parent of children currently enrolled. The interviews revealed, parents have not observed Licensee smoking in the FCCH. As mentioned LPA interviewed Licensee. During the interview licensee stated she does not smoke nor has she ever smoked in the FCCH. During LPAs unannounced inspections. LPA did not observe any smoking in the FCCH residence, nor did LPA smell anything resembling smoke. Regarding allegation#3 Licensee spoke inappropriately to children in care. LPA conducted parent interviews. The interviews revealed, parents have not observed or heard licensee speak inappropriately to children in care. LPA conducted C1 interview. The interview of C1 revealed, how Licensee has not spoken inappropriately to day care children. Although the above allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is Unsubstantiated. Exit interview conducted with Licensee Cecilia Abonce. Appeal Rights was provided. A notice of site visit was given to Licensee and must remain posted on, or immediately adjacent to, the interior side of the main door for 30 days.
