The home shall contain a fire extinguisher and smoke detector device which meet standards established by the State Fire Marshal. This requirement is not met as evidenced by:Based on observation and interview the fire extinguisher was last serviced on 4/30/24 which poses a potential risk health or safety risk to children in care.
