What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Marilou Monico, conducted a Plan of Correction (POC) Inspection. LPA met with Administrator, Raquel Imamura, and Site Director, Brittany Strange, and explained to them the nature of today's visit. The facility was cited on October 15, 2025 under Responsibility for Providing Care & Supervision and Teacher-Child Ratio. LPA toured the indoor and outdoor areas and census was taken. LPA observed that the teacher-child ratio was in compliance. Staff were providing adequate supervision to children. LPA observed completed Acknowledgement of Receipt of Licensing Report form (LIC 9224). As a result of this inspection, deficiencies under Responsibility for Providing Care & Supervision and Teacher-Child Ratio are hereby corrected and cleared. There were no deficiencies cited. A Notice of Site Visit was issued and must remain posted for 30 days.
