What the inspector wrote

On 05/29/2024 at 11:25am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Farida Raja conducted an unannounced inspection and met with Director, Jamie Newton. LPA informed Director of the purpose for today’s inspection. LPA reviewed a random selection of six children’s files to check for a signed ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RECEIPT OF LICENSING REPORTS (LIC 9224) for two type A citations issued on 03/14/2024 and 05/01/2024. LPA observed a copy of the LIC 9224 in each child’s file reviewed. As a result of today's inspection, no deficiencies were cited. A NOTICE OF SITE VISIT WAS GIVEN AND MUST REMAIN POSTED FOR 30 CONSECUTIVE DAYS
