What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Elizabeth Berumen conducted a case management inspection. LPA observed 11 children in care (five infants and 6 pre-schoolers) in care today. Based on observations and file review; Licensee is operating out of capacity and not conducting and documenting 15 minute sleep checks for infants (0-24 months). NOTICE OF SITE VISIT WAS ISSUED AND MUST REMAIN POSTED FOR 30 DAYS.
