On 2/26/2026 at 9:30 am, Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Jason Jang and Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Manel Estoesta conducted an informal meeting with Marie-Louise Nastke - Assistant Head of Preschool and Kindergarten, and Morena Waack - Head of Preschool and Kindergarten, via Zoom. The meeting was held to address the following violation. 1. On 9/25/2025, the facility was given the following citation of Section 101229(a)(1) \342\200\223 Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision. Title 22 regulations state that a licensee shall provide care and supervision, and no child shall be left without supervision of a teacher at any time, including visual observation. A child was left without visual supervision right outside of the Multi-Purpose Room (MPR), on 9/25/2025, in between 10:45 am to 10:55 am. A plan of correction was developed by the Licensee\342\200\231s Representatives, including participating on Technical Support Program that was conducted by the Department on 2/17/2026. A Letter of Deficiency Citations Cleared was generated and mailed on 11/04/2025 to the Licensee. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Marie-Louise Nastke - Assistant Head of Preschool and Kindergarten, and Morena Waack - Head of Preschool and Kindergarten.
