This requirement is not met as evidenced by, Based on the LPA’s interviews and record reviews, on 9/25/2025, C1 was found, unsupervised, by staff members, right outside of the Multi-Purpose Room (MPR), between 10:45 am to 10:55 am.Director Morena Waack reported to the Child Care Oakland Regional Office via the telephone, the incident, on 9/29/2025. This poses an mmediate and potential risk to the health, safety, and or personal rights of children in care.

(a) A comfortable temperature for children shall be maintained at all times (1) The licensee shall maintain the temperature in rooms that children occupy between a minimum of 68 degrees F (20 degrees C) and a maximum of 85 degrees F (30 degrees C). This requirement is not being met as evidence by: During physical plant walkthrough it was observed that classroom 17 had a temperature of 65 degrees Farenheit. This poses a potential health & safety risk to children in care.
