What the inspector wrote

-------------CONTINUATION OF 9099 DATED 03/05/2024 PAGE 1------------- allegations listed on 9099 page 1 are SUBSTANTIATED, meaning the preponderance of evidence standard was met. LPA discussed with Licensee the capacity and ratio and that her capacity would go back to a small Family Child Care Home (FCCH) if there is no assistant present. LPA also discussed with Licensee that assistant is a person who is primarily involved in caring for children during the hours that the home provides care. As a result of this inspection, two Type B citations were issued. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Albana Kraja. A notice of site visit has been issued and must remain posted for 30 days. Licensee refused to sign the report.
