Based on observation the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. LPAs observed one infant (C2) sleeping in a play yard with a blanket. Child was observed to be asleep in the master bedroom with the door closed while Licensee was in the covered patio with other children. LPAs also observed a preschool child asleep in a play yard in the covered patio with a pillow and blanket inside it.
