On 10/24/2025 at 8:30am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Christina Uribe met with Director, Saman Tafazoli, and owners/licensees, Simin Parvini & Cyrus Parvini for an unannounced annual inspection . Also present during today's inspection is 13 staff and 69 children. The facility is within ratio today. The facility was toured to conduct a Health and Safety Inspection. The facility’s current hours of operation are Monday - Friday from 7:30am - 6:00pm. Cyrus Parvini left the facility around 1:00pm, and the remainder of the inspection was completed with the Director and Co-Owner/Licensee. During the tour, LPA Uribe observed that the preschool operated in 5 classrooms (Bumble Bee, Butterfly, Duckling, Dolphin, & Pre-K rooms). Observations were made in the classrooms. LPA reviewed staff files and facility documents, including qualifications for each staff member. The required licensing postings were reviewed. Due to time constraints, LPA was unable to conclude today's annual inspection. LPA Uribe will return to conduct a continuation inspection on a later date. A Notice of Site Visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview was conducted, and report was reviewed with the Director, Saman Tafazoli.
