On 8/7/2024, at 2:58 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Liridon Fici arrived to conduct a Case management visit. LPA met and was greeted by director, Hourieh Gharibi, and explained the purpose of today’s visit. On 3/20/24, the center was cited for not labeling food items belonging to children and staff were not conducting 15 minute sleep checks for infants. During visit, LPA toured the infants classroom and observed children's items are labeled with their names on them and 15 minute checks are being conducted by staff in the infants room to ensure safety for infants. LPA advised the teachers in the infants room to continue labeling items belonging to children and to keep conducting 15 minute sleep checks on infants. No deficiencies cited during visit. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted with Director, and a copy of this report reviewed and provided.
