Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Samantha Yip conducted an unannounced complaint investigation. LPA met with Licensee Kamal Gill and explained the reason for the inspection. During today's inspection, LPA conducted observation and reviewed relevant documents. During the course of this investigation, LPA conducted interview with staff, children, and third party. Based on the information obtained, the above allegations are found to be UNSUBSTANTIATED, meaning although, the above allegations may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur. No deficiencies were issued as a results of this inspection. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Licensee, Kamal Gill. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
