What the inspector wrote

On 05/17/2021 at 10am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Manel Estoesta met with the Licensee, Barbara Bird, to deliver the findings of the Complaint filed against Barbara Bird’s Facility regarding the above allegations. LPA explained the nature of today’s visit. Present on this visit were 1 (one) assistant, Sreevalli Tella and eight (8) children, three of them are infants. The above allegations are unsubstantiated. Based on interviews with daycare parents and children which conducted by Community Care Licensing (CCL), there have been no concerns regarding inappropriate behavior in the facility. Staff were interviewed who denied the above allegations. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Appeal Rights were given and discussed. An exit interview was conducted.
