What Happened

Limitations on Capacity:A licensee shall not operate a child care center beyond the conditions and limitations specified on the license, including the capacity limitation. LPA observed the facility to be over capacity. The preschool is currently licensed to provide care for up to 42 children, there were 48 children present today. This poses a potential risk to the health, safety, and personal rights to children in care.
