What the inspector wrote

The license provided a staff schedule & the LPA reviewed the education for staff S1 through S7 & found that S2 & S3 lacked the required ECE units and were not enrolled therefore the allegation is substantiated. Based on the evidence obtained, the preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore the above allegation is found to be substantiated. California Code of Regulations, (Title 22), is being cited on the attached LIC 9099D. Appeal rights were provided and exit interview conducted with Karen Nostrand. The Notice of Site Visit must be posted for 30 days.
