What the inspector wrote

On 3/22/24 at approximately 2:20pm, Licensing Program Analyst Nicolette Cunningham conducted an unannounced inspection. At approximately 2:20pm, LPA Cunningham observed one infant (I1) sleeping in a crib with a half full bottle. Title 22 Regulations state, "cribs shall be from all loose articles and objects, including blankets and pillows. California Code of Regulations, (Title 22), is being cited on the attached LIC 9099D. Appeal rights were provided. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee Susan Wilson. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
