Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

It was alleged that one of the licensees left a child in a soiled diaper for extended period of time. Two parents reported no diapering concerns. One parent reported there’s been a few times when they have found their child in a wet diaper and believe their child may have been in the diaper for an extended period of time. It was alleged that licensee C. Kincade speaks inappropriately in the presence of children. One adult reported licensee C. Kincade and another individual had a disagreement which involved yelling for over five minutes. The adult reported the disagreement took place outside of the home. Five children reported licensee C. Kincade and licensee A. Kincade do not use cuss words or yell in front of daycare children. It was also alleged that the home is not clean and orderly. One parent reported there’s a lot of people in the home but noted it has been kept up more lately. Two parents reported no concerns of the condition of the home. One child reported the home is dirty and there’s not enough towels in the bathroom. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred, and the findings are unsubstantiated. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee A. Kincade. Appeal rights were provided. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
