LPA did not observe any items that could be utilized for haircutting in the infant or toddler classrooms on 10/02/24 and 12/17/24. In addition, staff statements denied allegation. All Staff interviewed reported that no children’s hair is being cut or shaved at the center. Staff further added that children are not left without supervision and did not corroborate the allegation. Based on the information gathered during this investigation, although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove that the allegations occurred and therefore are determined to be unsubstantiated. There were no Title 22 deficiencies cited. This report was reviewed and discussed with Center Director, Justice Willis. Appeal rights were provided. Notice of Site Visit shall be posted for 30 days from today's visit.
