A follow up inspection was conducted by LPAs C. Castro and E. Hernandez-Torres on 06/25/25 to address Plan of Correction for citations cited on 05/28/25 regarding Title 22 regulations 102417(b) The home shall be kept clean and orderly, with heating and ventilation for safety and comfort. Licensee faxed the department a copy of the receipt of carpet in the playroom professionally cleaned on 06/17/25. This deficiency was cleared and no further observations were made regarding the facility\342\200\231s sanitary conditions at the time. Based on information obtained from interviews and the licensee\342\200\231s own admission, the preponderance of evidence standard has been met; therefore, the above allegations are found to be substantiated. California Code of Regulations, Title 22, was cited on the LIC 809-D issued during the Department\342\200\231s visit on 05/28/25. Appeal rights were provided. An exit interview was conducted, and this report was read and discussed with the licensee, Gloria Linnear. The Notice of Site Visit shall be posted for 30 days.
