Correction check·March 2, 2026

On 03/03/26, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs), Jessica Gaumann and Sebastian Phouthavong made an unannounced Case Management visit to the facility and met with Director (D1), Harshani Dedenu to address the facility's Plan of Correction (POC) due on 02/27/26. Prior to visit, LPA conducted an inspection on 02/06/26, where the facility received 3 Type B Deficiencies regarding children records and Incidental Medical Services. During the inspection the facility was toured inside and outside. Today there were 24 day care children receiving care by Director and 1 staff. Three children's records were reviewed and contained required records. LPAs discussed further information on Incidental Medical Services. The Plan of Corrections have been met, and the three deficiencies cleared. Letters of Deficiency Citations Cleared were provided. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Director, Harshani Dedenu. There were no Title 22 deficiencies cited during today's inspection.
