Pre-licensing visit·April 10, 2025

On April 10, 2025, Centralized Application Bureau (CAB) Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs), Jaelyn Agbayani and Jaime Snow conducted an announced Pre-Licensing inspection for a New License. Upon arrival, LPAs met with Applicant Representative Monika Verma. The purpose of the visit was to ensure the health, safety, and personal rights as required by Title 22 and Health and Safety Regulations governing California Child Care Centers will be met. Applicant is requesting to be licensed for 5 infants ages 0 to 24 months in Building 1 Room #1 (Infant Room); 35 preschoolers ages 2 to 4 years old in Building 2 Room 3; and 10 school age children ages 4 to 6 years old in Building 2 Room 2. The Child Care Center will operate Monday-Friday 7:30 AM-5:30 PM. The fire clearance was approved with a special condition approving for a max of 49 children, 5 of which are to be infants, on February 19, 2025. The applicant requested changes to the requested capacity during the inspection and the visit will be continued today after a break.
