Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Glenn Ouye made an unannounced visit with licensee Nade Ali to conduct a visit to determine how many toddler she could have in her program. The program is currently licensed for 6 toddlers. LPA determined that she could have up to 11 toddlers based on the square footage. If she increased her toddler program, she would have to decrease the preschool program by the same number of children that she requested to increase her toddler program.
