Correction check·February 10, 2026

On February 10 2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Sebastian Phouthavong made an unannounced Case Management visit to the facility and met with Director, Nadereh Ali to address the facility's Plan of Correction (POC) due on February 11 2026. Prior to visit, LPA conducted an inspection on January 21 2026, where the facility received 3 Type B Deficiency regarding children & Staff record reviews. During the inspection the facility was toured inside and outside. Today there were 10 daycare children receiving care by Director and 4 staff. Five children's records and contained required records. LPA also reviewed three staff have current mandated reporter training certificates as required. The Plan of Corrections have been met, and the three deficiencies cleared. Letters of Deficiency Citations Cleared were provided. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Director, Nadereh Ali. There were no Title 22 deficiencies cited during today's inspection.
