What the inspector wrote

A case management visit was made to the facility by Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Yang and Clark at the request of the center director, Melissa Terhune to inspect the facility and provide technical assistance. The facility is applying for an infant care license. The LPAs provided technical assistance and answered questions related to Title 22 regulations, Health and Safety Code, and best practice recommendations. Topics that were covered include, infant care general sanitation, indoor and outdoor activity space for infants, infant care center fixtures, furniture, equipment and supplies, infant care personal services, infant care center sleeping equipment, safe sleep regulations, and responsibility for providing care and supervision to infants in care. Additionally, the LPAs measured the classrooms for square footage and made recommendations based on observations. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the center director, Melissa Terhune. There were no Title 22 deficiencies cited during today's inspection.
