(2) To beaccorded safe, healthful and comfortable accommodations, furnishings and equipment to meet his/her needs.This requirement was not met as: Based off LPA observation 3 out of the 4 classrooms had unlocked cabinets with hazardous chemicals accessible to day care children. Staff immediately removed hazardous items out of the reach of children in care.This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
