What the inspector wrote

On 02/17/2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Erica Pacheco conducted a Plan of Correction inspection visit. LPA met with Director Billda Maberry. Also present was one assistant. There were 13 children present during today’s inspection. The purpose of today’s inspection was to verify that the deficiency issued during the annual inspection on 12/29/2025 has been corrected. On 12/29/2025, the facility was issued a Type B citation in violation of California Code of Regulations 101238.2(d)(2) due to a broken gate in the outdoor play yard. The facility was also issued a Type B citation in violation of California Code of Regulations 101220(a) due to missing immunization records for children in care. Today, LPA Pacheco inspected the gate in the yard and the immunization records that were needed. LPA observed the gate in the outdoor play yard to be fixed. Licensee is still working on obtaining all of the medical documents needed. The licensee's Plan of Correction for the above listed deficiency has been cleared for the violation of California Code of Regulations 101238.2(d)(2) . Plan of Correction letter will be provided to the licensee. Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3 of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies were observed today. Exit interview conducted with Director, Billda Maberry. A notice of site visit (LIC 9213) was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
